We have a top shelf hog grower with finished, butcher ready hogs available in February and March. The hogs are $240 to purchase and $200 to $250 process depending on how much “Cure” you have made with your hog. Our Cure items are Hams, Bacon, and Cottage Bacon. Each are custom cured, smoked, and packaged as you please.
These hogs will weigh between 270 to 280 lbs at harvest and yield approximately 150 lbs. of meat and product.
