Hog Season!

We have a top shelf hog grower with finished, butcher ready hogs available in February and March.  The hogs are $240 to purchase and $200 to $250 process depending on how much “Cure” you have made with your hog.  Our Cure items are Hams, Bacon, and Cottage Bacon.  Each are custom cured, smoked, and packaged as you please.

These hogs will weigh between 270 to 280 lbs at harvest and yield approximately 150 lbs. of meat and product. 

Hard to beat this value for a top quality, locally grown and processed hog!

We have three (3) locally grown, grain-finished, high quality beef available in February. Who can say Marbling?!?!? These will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. First deposit received gets to “Tip-The-Cow” and will receive some bling from The Block when they pick up their beef.

We are selling the beef as Whole, 1/2’s, and 1/4’s. All 1/4’s will all have equal portions of steaks, roasts, burger, etc. from half of the carcass. They will be harvested at optimum weight, aged appropriately for individual fat content, and custom processed and packaged. We double-wrap to ensure storage longevity and no damage to meat during transport and storage.



Whole Beef= $2,400 purchase and process beef (330-360 lbs. of meat)


1/2 Beef = $1,225 to purchase and process beef (160-180 lbs. of meat)


1/4 Beef = $625 to purchase and process beef (75-90 lbs. of meat)


A 50% Deposit is required at time of ordering.

All steers are locally raised by quality, trusted ranchers that we have successfully worked with for the last several years. Both Grass Fed and Grain Finished steers are available. We help coordinate your beef purchase directly with the local rancher with no added fees or sales tax.  The steers will be delivered to the meat plant by the rancher when they are ready for processing.

We will help you decide on what type of beef you want to purchase, the cuts you prefer, and how long you want your beef aged for before cutting.
